Welcome to Memory Lane (“the App”), developed by Exio Infotech. By downloading or using this App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the App

Memory Lane allows you to capture, organize, and relive your daily moments as memories. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Data Storage and Sync

Your photos and videos are stored locally on your device. If you enable Google Drive sync, your data will be uploaded securely to your own Google account. We do not access or store your data.

3. Permissions

Camera: Capture new photos or videos.
Storage: Save and access your media.
Network Access: Enable Drive syncing.

4. Advertisements

The App displays ads via third-party ad networks. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad data is handled.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App (excluding user-generated content) belong to Exio Infotech. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your photos and videos. We never collect or distribute your personal media.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranty. Exio Infotech is not responsible for any data loss or damages resulting from App use.

8. Updates

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect or store personal data. Your photos and videos remain on your device unless you choose to sync them with Google Drive.

2. Google Drive Sync

When enabled, Google Drive sync securely transfers your media between your device and Google’s cloud. We never access or store this data.

3. Advertisements and Analytics

Memory Lane uses Google AdMob or similar SDKs to serve ads. These may collect anonymous data for ad relevance. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account.

4. Data Security

Your data stays local or in your Google Drive. We encourage regular backups to protect your Memories.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Your Rights

You control your data. You can delete your Memories or uninstall the App anytime to remove all data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected here and within the App.
